1. Returns and Refunds

   
   In line with UK sales law, you have 7 days from receiving your package to cancel the order. Exchange and refunds must be conducted within 14 days of delivery, after this Bedouin® refuses the right to accept a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights. Bedouin Bags Ltd accept returns up to one month (30 days) you must keep your purchase in exactly the condition it was received if you wish to return it for a refund. To return a purchase, please post it back to Bedouin by registered post, it must be a signed for delivery, this is at the customers expense, we will ship the exchange item as per the original sale. Please contact sales@bedouinfoundry.com directly for any returns.

2. Your Warranty Information

   
   Whilst we do our best to ensure every Bedouin® product reaches the high standards we set ourselves. In the unlikely event of materials or workmanship proving to be faulty on a Bedouin® product, we will do our utmost to put it right. Furthermore, should a Bedouin® product eventually fail through normal wear & tear, we offer a repair service unless the bag is beyond a cost effective repair solution.
   
   Since faults in construction or materials don’t always appear quickly and depend upon the frequency of use of the product, this guarantee is not subject to any specific time limit, however it is limited to the original purchaser. You will need to retain your original proof of purchase for warranty claims.

3. Legal Stuff

   
   Products displayed on this website are available while stocks permit and can be removed without any prior notice. The pricing and descriptions of products can also be amended at any point without notice being given. We aim to display the colours of our bags as accurately as possible, however as resolution, print methods and screen settings can affect how an item is displayed the accuracy of colours cannot be guaranteed.
   
   If you contact Bedouin® or make a purchase we will add you to our mailing list, our mailing list is only used by Bedouin® and will not be shared with any third parties We value your privacy you can unsubscribe from the mailing list through the email or contact us at info@bedouinfoundry.com should you not wish to receive any emails from Bedouin® our mailing list emails usually just contain new products, Bedouin® events and special offers.
   
   All payment is processed in GB Pounds Sterling (£). Payment from any other currency will be calculated by your payment provider and calculated in to your local currency on your card statement. Bedouin Bags Ltd reserve the right to refuse to supply products to any individual or company.
