Products displayed on this website are available while stocks permit and can be removed without any prior notice. The pricing and descriptions of products can also be amended at any point without notice being given. We aim to display the colours of our bags as accurately as possible, however as resolution, print methods and screen settings can affect how an item is displayed the accuracy of colours cannot be guaranteed.
All payment is processed in GB Pounds Sterling (£). Payment from any other currency will be calculated by your payment provider and calculated in to your local currency on your card statement. Bedouin Bags Ltd reserve the right to refuse to supply products to any individual or company.
In line with UK sales law, you have 7 days from receiving your package to cancel the order. Exchange and refunds must be conducted within 14 days of delivery, after this Bedouin® refuses the right to accept a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Whilst we do our best to ensure every Bedouin® product reaches the high standards we set ourselves. but in the unlikely event of materials or workmanship proving to be faulty on a Bedouin® product, we will do our utmost to put it right. Furthermore, should a Bedouin® product eventually fail through normal wear & tear, we offer a repair service unless the bag is beyond a cost effective repair solution.
Since faults in construction or materials don’t always appear quickly and depend upon the frequency of use of the product, this guarantee is not subject to any specific time limit, however it is limited to the original purchaser. You will need to retain your original proof of purchase for warranty claims.
